Depression

Depression is a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interest. How I could help- Exploring collaboratively where depression originated. Helping you to understand the depression and to develop ways to cope better.

Generalised Anxiety

General anxiety is a mental disorder that produces fear, worry and a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. Anxiety is the main symptom of several conditions, including:

  • Panic disorder
