About me

Over 15 years of supporting individuals through change

As an Integrative Counsellor I use different therapeutic models depending on an individuals needs
or where they are in their therapeutic journey.
I have over fifteen years experience and I use this within my counselling practice to support individuals to develop an understanding of the issues which are impacting on their lives, relationships, mental and physical health and employment.

The aim is to support individuals through change; improving communication and to ultimately look towards a more positive future.

This is achieved through working collaboratively within a non-judgmental, empathic, good therapeutic relationship, which appreciates and completely respects the individual’s or couple’s right to confidentiality.

Counselling can seem like taking a step in to the dark – but there is light that shines within us all – Like the sun behind clouds waiting to show itself. Investing your energy and time into your counselling experience can be a positive step; bringing about positive change.
